Group Coaching Menu

Life coaching might be a foreign concpet to many, but is an excellent way to raise personal accountability, gain a fresh perspective on your life and habits, as well as determine your goal priorites along with the tools to accomplish them.

Not many thinks twice about the value of a fitness instructor, professional sports coaches or private tutors to enhance test scores to help get into college.

The same principle applies to life coaching, the coach helps the client discover their strengths, their goals and value system and guides them through a series of mental exercises that will allow them to overwrite any limiting beliefs that are driving current behavior.

Individualized coaching is preferred by some, especially if the issues being addressed are personal, they are uncomfortable in groups or the individual wants the coaches undivided attention.

Group coaching is a wonderful way to access the support and real life experience of others, which often can help the person overcome limiting behaviors and increase confidence and accountability. As long as the group shares some common denominator, they do not have to have identical goals. For instance Career change or life organization will not be the same end result, but the process will be similar.

Sometimes, working on a specific goal will bring up other issues that can create a new or additonal goal. It also gives the client multiple perspectives and during discussions they get input and suggestions from the group members, not just the Coach and group moderator.

Group Sessions are determined on an as needed basis. If you have a group with a common agenda, please contact me and I can create a program specifically for your group.
